Divine Link: The Fiqh of Salat

June 5-7, 13-14

No doubt, one of the most important aspects of our deen and Fiqh is the performance of Salat, right? After all it’s the second pillar of this deen and the sign of a true Muslim.

Performing Salat is very important indeed, but performing it right is indeed the most important. Do you know if your Salat was correctly performed all these years? How do you know?

But what is the right way of performing Salat? And why do we have differences amongst fuqaha over its positions?

Fard and Sunnah, rawatib and nafl, duha and qiyamul-layl…what else do we have to know about Salat?

Jumu’ah, jama’ah’, Eid Salat, Istisqaa’, khusoof and kusoof, combining and shortening…are there anymore salawat we should learn about?

History of Salat, it’s meaning, its rulings, and all what is needed to know about Salat.

Women’s Salat vs. Men, Imam vs. Ma’moom, making up and coming late for Salat…

Value and virtue, why and how, Muslim and non-Muslim…how to talk to others about Salat?

In contemporary time, when and how to do your Salat, in school, at work, in the airport or in the chapel…How much more do we need to learn about Salat?

All of this, and we are still not offering any class exclusively for Salat?!
